Medicaid and bariatric surgeons?

Can anyone tell if you had WL surgery in Birmingham which surgeons at which hospitals accept Medicaid if they do at all.....

Dr. Gardner with Cahaba Valley Surgical Group.
He did my friend's surgery in January of 2007.
They do require a 7 month diet (weigh in every month with your PCP)
You can check with Medicaid in Montgomery and they will help you with the process.
