Hi!  Well tomorrow is the big day.  I am so excited for you. I can remember when that day arrived for me, I don't remember if I was nervous because of the surgery or the excitement that I knew that was the last day I would weight as much as I did.

Veronica Patterson will probably come in before the procedure. She is the sweetest.  Then Father Mike may come in to pray with you. He is the staff Priest there (since it is a Catholic hospital now) and is such a sweet spirit to have as a prayer warrior. Once you get started, you are in the best hands with Dr. Miles. I have complete confidence in him and have the great results to show his handiwork and skills.

I know this journey for you has had its ups and downs.  God's timing is perfect.

When you feel like it, let us know how you are doing.  And remember...SIP SIP SIP!
Thinking of you! Praying for you!

Love ya, Nanci

Thank you Nanci ! Need all the prayers I can get !! I am excited ! Thanks for the run down on things, I requested for him to come and pray with me when  they asked  at pre-admissions.

I would just like to take this moment to tell you all Thanks for all your support!
When I found the Bama Board I was so depressed. You all have turned my Life around. I am crying as I type because you all just don't know how yall have picked me up from a place that I never want to be again. I know I joke allot ,but it's for this reason that somewhere out there there maybe some who are were I was and I just wanted to make them feel better. So if your out there and feel there is no hope , don't ever give up because my Friend your day will come as mine has. Again Thanks to you all and I care about you all so much !!

You will do just fine.  You have the same doctor I had.  He is very good.  You should not have any problems.  Just remember to get up and start moving as quickly as possible to work that soreness and stuff out.  You will have a wonderful staff to work with you and they are very supportive.  You are going to do just fine and are in good hands.
