Monday Coffee Talk

Good Monday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine.  Lucy and I slept late.  I had to wake her at 1:25 because my blood sugar bottomed out and I couldn't even walk w/o staggering.  HAHA!  She gave me juice and it came up to 135 and back to sleep we went.  I hope you slept good.

Our challenge for today is to think on good things.  THings that are pure, things that are right, things that are positive.  If you think on these things, you will train your mind to accept these things and not negative or wrong.  Thinking on good things will make your world better.  Too many times, we focus on the bad, the negative, the ugly.  Lets begin to train our minds to think on good things.  Why not! 

So, whos up this morning?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm loving some awesome Peppermint Mocha.  This stuff is so good!

I better go get my baby's coffee ready and her bagel so she can get out the door.  Y'all have a great Monday!

How is Lucy's new job going?? I bet she is enjoying it!! What an awesome field to go into. As you know my grandmother is going thru chemo and the nurses where she goes makes it easier for her!! I know Lucy is going to do a great job!! My Sister is just PERFECT for that line of field!!

I am drinking some Yummy MERRY MISTLETOE this morning!! This stuff is amazing!! I just love me some boca java! I am having some Joe Mugg's at 10am I am meeting my friend, Heather who had lap band back in May. I haven't seen her in a couple of months she goes to Judson college and is home for the holidays. I might not recognize her she has probably lost so much!
I will just be so glad to see her and hear all about how college has been going for her and her lap band. Guess you can see I'm already up on my challenge!! Surrounding myself with good thoughts and good feelings POSITIVELY

Good morning my friend!  Lucy LOVES her new job.  Just taking her some time getting use to working 40 hours straight.  She is use to hospital work where they split up their hours/days.  She does love it though and she is adjusting.  She doesn't mind the drive either.  Gives her time to unwind.

I'm expecting my boca java to be delievered today.  I ordered 2 holiday blends!  I can't wait!

sorry to hear you are having such issues with your blood sugar!
I am having some plain coffee this morning but will make a bit of pumpkin spice later in the day. I went to fresh market yesterday and got some in decaf so I can have it later in the day.

Good morning my friend.  Thanks for the concern.  I'm working with my Dr's to get this under control.  I'm sure we will get it there.

I am going to do my best to have a good day, got to get to the gym and run a few errands.
Just sitting her chuckling at my silly bird singing right now. I have got to put some batteries in my camera so I can video him and put him on youtube.

Earlier I sipped on some espresso with my wonderful husband.  Now I am sippin on some good old southern tea.  Eating my grits with bacon!  YUM!

I woke up in a great mood.  Had an excellent night's rest and woke up feeling refreshed.  Today is gonna be a great day.  It helps that I only have to work 2 days this week, then I am off to Atlanta to spend time with my sister.  YAY!

Watch that sugar now...can't have you getting sick on us.  Any idea what's causing all these fluctuations?  I take it you are a type 1 diabetic since it didn't go away after surgery.  Take care of yourself...and let Lucy take care of you.
