Has anyone ever made the Pumkin Fluff using mashed sweet potatoes? If so, did you have to alter the recipe due to the texture of the potatoes? Think I am going to try it! My hubby brought home a 1/2 case of sweet potatoes last week. They are so yummy, we are really enjoying them!

No, but here's the recipe for the pumpkin fluff

1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin 1 (1 1/2 ounce) box sf instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 ounce) container fat free cool whip 1 tsp. pumpkin spice (to taste)
(sometimes I even sprinkle the top with some ginger!)

I didn't have any sf vanilla on hand, so I used sf cheesecake and it was very good.
