Friday coffee talk

Good morning.  Hope you slept good.  It's Friday and it is going to be an awesome day.  The weekend is about here!!    Dance with me!!  Do ya have big plans?  Lucy and I are going on a date thanks to my Secret Pal.  WOO HOO!!  I'm up and have washed a load of laundry and cooked b'fast for my sweet heart.  I cooked her french toast with cinnamon raisin bread.  YUMMY!!  Sugar Free syrup of course! 

Our challenge for today is to be honest with yourself and others.  Honesty will take you a long way in this world.  If you are a person who lies all the time, people find out and you are not a liked person.  If you are honest, people see you as a person of integrity and character.  Why lie?  People lie for many different reasons.  To cover wrong, to be liked, to "try" to get ahead in work, for attention.  All of these things and MANY more reasons to lie are WRONG!  NO ONE LIKES A LIAR and you are soon caught in your lie/lies.  Why not be open and honest?  Why not be a person of integrity and character?  Why not be the person I KNOW you are? 

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Vanilla Nut coffee.  Sure is good too!  Wanna cup?

I am sipping on some yummy Sumutra sunset by boca java this morning! YUM YUM!!!

I am going to rearrange my living room this weekend and get the holiday decorations out. I usually do it the weekend of Thanksgiving but I will be out of town! So I am going to just "Deck the Halls" this weekend!!

You have such awesome challenges. You are so right. I feel so honored when someone puts their trust in me. People will not trust you if you are not honest. YOU can't be YOU if you aren't Honest.

Hey you guys!!! I'm so glad your S.P. did something so special for you two. We have a wonderful board, don't we? I can't believe all the cards and letters I've received. Which reminds me, Mama Culpepper sent me the sweetest card this week. Now I see where you get that Culpepper sweetness. I didn't even know she knew I was going through this.

I'm with you on the "lying". You can lie to others, you can lie to yourself but you can never lie to God. And besides, you always get caught eventually so why even do it in the first place. DUH!!!

No coffee yet but I sure am ready for it. Somebody BRING IT ON!!!

Good morning Randall!!!  There you come again trying to be Lucy.  It's ok...sometimes I think I'm John.  It just happens .  Nope liars are not on the top of my list.  I love them, but I do not like their ways.  I am having me some hazelnut cream this morning.   Please remember my co-workers in your prayers.  One found out yesterday her husband wants a divorce and the other found out yesterday that she has a tumor.  They are both in horrible shape and need the Lord to help them so much right now.  I love them both so much.

Well its like this,sometimes its better to stretch the truth than just out and say I paid this amount for that.Know what I mean?since ive become addicted to Coffee and shopping,I tend to do more stretching than beforeDont mean any harm but,to keep from being harmed i stretch>>>>>>>>it sometimes,hey it works for me been married 44 years and aint been Harmed yet,is that a record or what?? I do know what you mean tho,I dont like to be Lied to either..there is really no reason for it.but it does happen..Have a fun date and a wonderful evening...Hugs Juju

TGIF!  I am sooo glad that the weekend is here.  I'm feeling a little under the weather today...thinking it's allergies, but I stayed home to rest up anyhow.  Earlier I sipped on some cappucino and am thinking about making another cup.  Just can't seem to get going and we have our granddaughter this weekend so I really NEED the caffeine boost to keep up with her. 

I like today's challenge.  I like to think that I am a person of integrity and hope that those who know me feel the same way.  I have encountered people who live a life based on lies and you are soooo right, the truth does come out.  They are always revealed.  You have to be able to look yourself in the mirror and like the person you see.

Well...I've always heard that when you've been married to someone for a long time you start looking alike, but it's been less than two months and you look exactly like Lucy, Randall!!! Sorry...I couldn't resist.

Great challange...honesty is VERY important.  I probably lie to myself, but I really, really do try to be honest with everyone else.  I'm working on the lying to myself...which is just as important!!
