Hammers Department Store

I made a quick trip to Oneonta today. Went by Snead and picked my Baby Sister up. Went by the courthouse and got a copy of my Marriage Certificate(so many years ago it was chiseled on stone tablets) We stopped by Hammers Department Store. They had a dollar table. Mostly summer wear. I got 3 pair of jeans and 2 blouses. The cost when totaled was $5.24  I got Faded Glory, Lee and Levi., They didn't have a lot of different sizes but had several size 8s. Yes, I most deffinently need some more clothes. But if any of you are near it might be worth looking into.

 I just LOVE Hammer's!! There is one in Scottsboro and in South Pittsburg, TN. I got a nice pair of Clark's boots for $29.99 and it's about cold enough to wear them now. Sounds like you got some great bargains!! My best deal on Saturday was at a thrift store...got a full length leather coat for $14.99!! And...like I really need more clothes, too.......
