Helping Others!!!!

Pam, Susan, Julie and all the others that is on helping Lindy I want to say a big Thank you. Susan, Thank you for getting all these families together for us to help at this time of the year. Our support group got a lot of support tonight for our family. I am so proud to be a part of helping this family as I do know that they need all the help that we can give. I for one know that the family we are helping is no scam and the help for Lindy is no scam. Please keep us all updateed with what we all need to do. This is not garbage, this is what OH is all about helping each other. This is so much more important helping someone that needs help than posting about something friviolous. Girls Thank you again.

Pam I was just reading that your original post had been pulled. This is something that is entirely different than posting about the cruise. Yes I can almost bet that someone complained. We are here to help each other when you need help. I have been very lucky that i have not needed help and very fortunate that I have not been sick. Some people are not as fortunate as I am. Please keep me posted.

Can we all just let this go.I am not made at you nor is any one Else.Lindy is getting the help she needs. Cristy is going and helping Lindy and she knows what her needs are i would not post  for help for just anyone.you don't know what Lindy has already been through so you did not know that this was not a scam.  Most of us that do know her and know what she has been through are willing to help.I can understand how people are leery of such request after the cancer scam but i did not go on other boards and ask for a pile of money ether  i was just asking her friends to help her all she needed was 100.00 dollars so she could go to the hospital. She has not asked for a single penny or any ones help just our prayers and friendship.Please send her a card without the money. Just drop her a card in the mail  to lift her spirits.that is how this all got started was a request made here on this board for people to send her a car or letter and we still need to do that even if we don't send money.

glad to have yet another fan.  i get a lot of pms from people oh, you would not even imagine the people who pm me. lots of people from this very board. lots of people who support me. lots of people who have welcomed me for the past year. some who dont necessarily like me but write me to tell they agree with some of my things.  but i never squeal on names. i am not a pig. i keep thos names in confidence.  i may be an ass but i am not one to kiss and tell.

My advice is just ignore those who are not supportive or who just generally have nothing good or of use to say. I was not going to say a thing about the situation. But were a close bunch here, I would assume most of us know the family who was being referred to and know its not a joke or a scam. Im going to start using my block button more often. I see it coming!
