Greetings to all my fellow Alabama WLS/OH friends to be! 
I had my initial appointment with Dr. Miles on Nov 11th and left with a million appointments I have to make with others to qualify with my insurance.
BUT I AM ON THE ROAD TO WLS!!!!
Hopefully a surgery date will be in late Jan. or Early Feb 2009. Looking forward to getting this Realize band inserted and getting on with life in the 'losing" lane.

I love your Dr! I went with a friend of mine to a seminar of his about three years ago. I have Georgia HMO (BCBS) and if he had been on my insurance I'd have picked him in instant! As it turned out I love my Dr just as well.

Hey Lisa and Welcome to the board!! We have the same Doctor and I am getting the realize band Tuesday the 25th. went today for pre- admission and a visit with Doc Miles. Your signature--- look to the left of this board at the top under your name and you will see your user settings click it and go to the bottom of that page and you will see where to add what you want . it's just a simple copy and paste . when you find what you want just copy it and paste it in the signature box and then click save it at the bottom. It will not use any codes so just copy and paste. Hope this helps you!
