Monday Coffee Talk

Stacy,just out of curosity,How many pecans or pee-cans are there in 296 pounds?

I didnt count them.  But its alot.  Im going to pick some more but these will be for my freezer.  Each back had like 50 or 60 lbs.  I told my husband that i weighed almost that much before RNY.

I cant imagine what kind of shape I would be in if I had picked up that many pecans..Pain would not be the word for it.you take care and keep the money erned for you..Hugs Juju

Good Morning. No coffee for me yet. Im downing a Atkins Cafe Mocha Protein Shake! Todays the day i start back with EVERYTHING. Im starting back on my protein shakes, as i just do better when i drink them. Im also starting back at the gym. Im nervous, but excited at the same time! I know i can get to goal. Move to Lose!!!
After i finish this shake i'll have some coffee. Regular joe with splenda and creamer. We have a 60cup coffee maker at work thats right next door to my office in the kitchen!!! I'll be hitting it soon. I may make a pot of caramel Folgers later. I brought a small 12 cup coffee pot up here so Sherie and I could enjoy our flavored coffees!!!

I'd really like to know who makes that Caramel Mudslide coffee? You always have the most interesting coffees and all i can ever find at walmart is Caramel and Cinnamon. Ive come to really love the Cinnamon!!!!

Ive never tried the Mocha kind until this morning. I normally use to really like the vanilla, but theyve changed the look and taste and its just not the same.

I'll go visit that website right now. The problem i have in finding flavored coffees is i dont like anything that has a nutty flavor.

I'll msg Mrs Carmen right now and ask her about that coffee! Thanks!

What an awesome challenge today! I need to get up and moving again. Get my IPOD out and dusted off too.. lol
It's chilly here today.. or at least my house is. I'm drinking some Vacation Villa Vanilla from Boca Java and Man, is this stuff good!! I will be drinking it all day long.
I'm headed to Wal-Mart to get my prescriptions and I will walk around while I wait for them to get filled. I'm not 100% yet but soon I will be back to my old self!!! Just in time for the holidays!!
I am so looking forward to all the things at my church as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior!! We have a busy December by why not celebrate it as long as you can?? He so deserves a "thank you" every single day.. So Thank YOU, Lord!!
