Terrific challenge and very fitting for me.  I am finally beginning a work out program.  Today will be my second workout.  I found out a girl at work (in a different department) has WLS back in August so I have buddied up with her to work out several times a week.  I really, really don't like exercise, but if you have someone to go with you, it's a whole lot easier (plus it's harder to back out cuz you have someone else counting on you to be there for their moral support).  We have access to a gym free of charge so no excuses for either of us.

I'm sipping on some Eight O'Clock regular blend.  Plain, yet yummy.  Just something to kick start my day.  I only need a half a cup and I am good to go.

Have a superb day!

Girl!  1/2 a cup wouldn't even wet my taste buds!  HAHAHAHAHA

Sounds like you have the challenge for today down to the "T"!  You're right too.  Having someone work out with you helps.  Big time!  Have a great day my friend!

I joined the "Y" a couple months ago. I have been very good about going at least 3 times a week and I can feel my endurance building. I didnt do my weight training last week because my arms are bothering me but I did at least 45 min of cardio each day. I want to do some water aerobics and try some yoga but havent got brave enough to join a class yet.

Good morning Kim.  Sounds like you have the challenge down too.  I hear a lot of people doing water aerobics.  Some of the Troy support group folks go a couple of times a week.  If Troy were closer, I would have to give it a try.

Have a great day my friend!

Good morning Randall!!!!  I have been exercising three days a week after work with my co-worker for an hour.  We are doing an exercise video that last an hour.  It is hard sometimes, but it is so worth it.  I am having some French Roast this morning.  I am almost out of my flavored coffees .  I don't know how that happened.  I gotta get me to the store and get some.  You have a wonderful day!!!!  Love y'all!!

Good morning my friend!  SO TRUE!  It's hard to do, but it is WELL worth it.  I'm almost out of my flavored coffee too.  I have to go to Bocajava.com and fix this problem!  HAHA!  I do have hazelnut and a few others, but nothing compared to what I NORMALLY have!  Love you and THANKS FOR GETTING ME THE CRUISE INFORMATION FOR MOMMA!  She is REALLY excited about going!

Have a great day!

Good morning Randall.  THe past couple of weeks i have back at CURVES on a regular basis.    Not that it hurts me to miss.  I got my exercise Saturday.  We picked up 296 lbs of pecans.  Sold them.  THey paid us 70 cents a lb.  Picked up by hand so we had lots of exercise.  You have a great day.
