New Beginnings, WLS  Support Group
Will be meeting on November 18 at 6PM at the Tyler Center in Anniston. We are open to anyone wheather you have had surgery, or who your doctor may be.

 Nov 19:
Wellness Center at Medical Mall, 10 a.m.
After surgery, stay nutritionally healthy and reach your weight loss goals. 265-4373.

Why Weight ?, WLS Support Group Dr. John Mathews/Princeston
3rd Thursday of each month / Time: 5pm till 6:30pm
Princeston Hospital (PDR-A) room (across from cafeteria)

7:00 pm at the Doster Center. For more information contact his office at 334-361-6126.
Their meeting usually falls on the last Monday of every month. The group is open to the public.

 Dec 9:
 Please join us for a free community education event on Obesity and Bariatric Surgery, with presentations from Dr. Tim Christopher, Dr. Vince Gardner, Dr. Rex Sherer and Dr. Richard Stahl. The event is free however, registration is required. Please call 620-8831 for reservations. Space is limited and refreshments will be provided. Both events will be held in the Shelby Baptist Medical Center Plaza - Suite 250.   6 p.m.

 Dec 12:
New Beginning Support Group Christmas Party.

7:00 pm at the Medical Mall conference room at Fort McClellan.

The party will be catered and will cost $10 per person or $20 per couple. Please mail your money for the dinner to Ann Couch Rn at Dr. Freeman's office, 822 Leighton Avenue, Anniston, AL  36207.

Put on that pretty Christmas sweater or dress and come for a night of fun and fellowship.

If you would like to participate in the gift exchange bring a gift costing between $10 to $15.

 Dec 15:
The Christmas Wish List Gifts should be mailed out no later than this date!  Please send me a quick confirmation when you get the items in the mail.  Should you have any problem please contact Susan aka S.M.
