Ok...it's my turn

Prayers going up for you sweetie.  I understand.  I would rather have a foot cut off than go to the dentist...I know it is an irrational fear, but I also know what you have to do to lose weight and I have still gained.  Knowing and feelings are two different things!!!

It will be okay...I promise.  This is from someone who is given Valium to take the night before and Ativan the hour before and has to have someone drive her because she is so out of it.  Can you say BIG BABY.  Don't feel bad...I don't think you are whiney at all.

I am always a big baby when it comes to Dentist time myself.  I don't even like going in for my quarterly cleanings, but I make myself go.  I will definitely keep you in my thoughts today as you sit in the dentist's chair and pray that all goes well for you.
