doing the secret pal next time.  I will let you know what is going to happen in the next few weeks.  Just be thinking about whether or not you would want to participate.  The ONLY thing that I ask, if I head it up again, is that if you join, please be committed to spend the minimum amount each month and please do not join if you cannot afford or are not willing to send a gift each month.  I am not trying to hurt anyone, but if I do this again, it is going to be a bit more structured.   I will not beg or plead with anyone.  I will have to take you out of the program.   I do appreciate everyone who has been so faithful.  Thanks so much!!!

When you are so good at something, people keep wanting you!!  I personally think you have done a fantastic job.  You are a wonderful leader.  I know it has to be a very hard job and you are a very committed person to take it on again.  Some may say you should be committed!!  know I would have to be if I tried to head it up.

Seriously Carmen you have done a very fantastic job and I would love you to do it again if it isn't too much trouble for you.  I will let you know for sure if I will do it again.  I know I probably will.  I love it!!!
