Randall's S/F Cappucinno Cake

Randall's S/F Cappucinno Cake

3 cups of sifted flour
6 eggs
4 ounces of cream cheese
3 cups of splenda for baking
2 squares unsweetened chocolate bars
2 cups of 2% milk
1 cup of oil
2 cups of cappuccino mix  (Hill Bros. at Wal-Mart or any other kind)
4 ounces of sour cream  

Preheat oven to 350*.  Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.  Add eggs one at a time mixing well.  Add oil, cream cheese, sour cream, oil, and milk.  Melt chocolate in microwave just until soft enough to mix.  Mix all together well.  Spray bundt pan LIBERALLY with non stick cooking spray.  Pour batter into pan and bake for 55 minutes.  LET COOL COMPLETELY!!  Turn out of pan and flip.  Eat and enjoy
