So.....Do you exercise?

How Much?

How often?

Exercise is KEY to keeping the weight loss on track as well as maintenance of weight loss.  Think about it!
Have you gained 5 pounds?  We know that after time we can eat more than the walnut sized meals we ate following surgery.  So let's  get motivated and Move and lose that weight!
Faith is NOT believing God can.
    It is knowing that God will!
