The home is in a Short Sale ... which means it takes @ 3months to close on the home. The term "short sale" actually means it takes LONGER to complete the paperwork because the home is/was just before foreclosure.
We are blessed in that if all goes well, we are getting this home for a STEAL!
We will be moving APPROXIMATELY late January to late February.
Please keep us in your prayers for we need to sell our home here in Toney.

It will be so great to have you and Tim so close!!
You can come to some of my support group meetings! And I know a great one in Pensacola.
Not to mention we can have coffee, go to the beach (oh this will be your favorite thing to do! It will just be a hop and a skip over!)
And tell Tim we can watch Nascar on the big screen!!

It will be such a blessing to have such wonderful new "neighbors".
I will be praying all goes well with the house! What a great way to begin 2009!

My biggest prayer is for everything to go SMOOTH! With my schedule, it is difficult for me to take time away from work if something isn't going well...so my prayer is for Him to lead us, a SMOOTH transition and a SMOOTH sale/purchase of both homes.
