Wow John!!!  You're looking great!  Keep up the good work!  Me...85.  I was a lightweight to begin with.  I would like to lose another 20 though.

I was anything but a lightweight!  Over 500 lbs!!!  WLS has been a life saver for me.  So has this Board.  I remember the first few weeks after my surgery, I was on here asking questions every few minutes about every gurgle my body made!  No one made me feel stupid for asking questiosn that they had answered a zillion times.  I discovered the Board (on the recc of my surgeon) a few weeks before surgery.  I was given lots of good advice on what to expect and a lot of prayer support too.  It meant a lot (and still does) to me.  I was so surprised and thrilled when I woke in my room after surgery and there were two friends from the Board -  the two Beths (Merchant and George)- there to welcome me to the Loser's Bench!   

I still have struggles.  Water - yuck.  Exercise - do I HAVE to?  and lots more.  I'm not finished yet but, boy, do I feel better!!!
