Gall Badder? GERD? Band?

Help me solve a mystery! For a couple of weeks I've been having some pain between my shoulder blades mostly near the right blade.  Also have had what I thought was GERD issues for a couple of weeks. I started back on Protonix 9 days ago and while it may be better it's really not resolved. (Usually 5-6 days clears up a flare up)   I'm still having some reflux and  'stuck' feelings at times when I eat and I have to be REALLY careful what I eat. I have always had a problem trying to determine if that is GERD or my band.
I went to my Chiropractor this morning for the back pain and explained how it had been feeling. Before he even touched me he asked if it was worse after I eat. When I explained I'm not able to eat much at one time right now, he told me to lay down and he pushed around on my stomach near the gall bladder area. It was tender some but not terribly. He then checked out my back and said it wasnt bad at all. Nothing that should cause any pain. He suggested I see my Dr asap for a gall bladder ultrasound.
I have not been nausiated, nor have I had stomach pains but I have had what I thought was GERD discomfort around the upper right portion of my stomach. And I have very little energy and just generally feel like poo poo and have for a couple of weeks now...again thinking it was GERD related.
SO...for those of you who have had gall bladder issues does any of this sound familiar??  If so what are the 'safe' foods to eat before I can get this checked out?
I'd appreciate any advise and also any prayers you can spare!
Love you all!

Phyllis,
I have had my gall bladder removed..Thank God! Although I have not had any WLS I thought I would tell my symptoms. My back was hurting right in the middle. My stomach was hurting, I had chest pains. It felt like I had to belch but just couldn't.I even drank some sprite and the carbonation from that didn't help me belch at all.The night it happened I was talking to one of my friends who happens to be a nurse and she told to get something that would make me burp and if I belched and it still didn't help (she had heard of my other symptoms) it was probably my gall bladder. So I went to the er that night because I was in so much pain (I have had 5 children but yet I am still a big baby when it comes to pain)They gave me a pink ****tail and said if that didn't help I would need a sonogram on my gall bladder so I did and they said I had gallstones surgery was next but I wouldn't be able to have surgery till 2 weeks so I just ate lightly.Needless to say I didn't eat the food that I ate the night I had that attack,I was scared!!! Hope this helps!
Have a Blessed Night!

Thanks Brandy!
Thank the Lord my pain has not been as severe. I have had some chest pains a couple of times, again, I was thinking it was all GERD related and it still may be a little of both. Who knows? LOL I do know that I have not wanted to eat a lot today because I don't want my back to start hurting again. I guess thats one way to loose my last 20 lbs! haha
Be blessed!
