just thinking out loud, please humor me (and i would love any suggestions as well)
i already have a portfolio AND resume together. there just aren't any jobs around here for me. and the jobs that are out of state are out of the question as well. being a single parent, i can't leave my family behind. what if something happened to me (a car wreck or something of that nature) and i wasn't able to pick my daughter up from school? or what if she had a bad sinus/allergy thing happen (she has really bad asthma and is prone to bronchitis and pneumonia, etc) and needed to stay home from school for a week or more? who would stay with her while i work if we're so far away from our family? those are the issues that i'm facing...
