Understanding is based upon obtaining knowledge. We filter, sift, sort and define. Wisdom is an applying process. Understanding tells us what is happening while wisdom tells us why it is happening. Understanding gives us facts and wisdom tells us what to do with the facts. Understanding gives us insight into how a problem might be solves and wisdom tells us which solution to pursue and when and how to pursue it. (Proverbs 4:5)

I go back to Dr. Freeman the 17th for my 3 month post op appt. and i'm looking forward to it. Supposed to get my labs done next week to fax there, I hope they are okay, i'm still taking the gummie flintstone vitamins....hoping the results is okay with them...if not i have some bariatric advantage...but the gummies are at least good lol.
