I had my 2 year surgery anniversary yesterday,WOW what a trip it has been.I do it again if needed in a heartbeat..right at 190 pounds down..I feel so good except for the front that snuk thru,kinda set ole arthurs butt on fire,but I can handle that.no problem..

So glad to see and hear all the good news this morning,makes for a special day..Love you all,cant wait to go in January.

Good Morning Miss Jackie. You know what rainy days are good for? Baking.haha
I have the last of the banana bread in the oven. so another half hour and I can load up and go. will deliver it and make a run to the store and then off to the gym. You know I have done good about getting my timing down on this stuff.
Guess I better get dancing!!!
