Good morning Bama family!  We are one day closer to Friday.  Hoooray!  Great challenge.  I shall carry myself with honesty and integrity and hope that some of it rubs off on a couple of my coworker...lol. 

I was sippin on a huge cup of espresso.  That stuff is so strong you don't need much to get you going.  Going to spend the rest of the day sippin on my water.

Good morning my dear friend!!!!  I hope that my life will reflect that I thought more often than I spoke.  I have a big big mouth and sometimes it gets me into trouble.  Thank you for sharing this today.  I am having me some Hazelnut Cream this morning.  It is so good.  You have a very blessed day and give that lady of yours a big hug for me.  I love y'all!!!!

Right now I am sipping on DIET ROOT BEER....not the best but at least it is diet.

I have a full day of Mid-Terms to do this wonderful day so I best get busy!
