I may not have voted for Obama but he is now our President and as such deserves our prayers as he leads our country. Yes, I'm disappointed but not bitter. I love my country and will support her to the end.

Now, with that being said. What do you think about poor old Auburn?? Can you believe it? Although they have a lousy record this year, I still stand behind them and will stand up and let everyone know that I'm still proud of my team. But you know what??? I'm proud of Alabama too. They have done an outstanding job this year and although I'll be rooting for Auburn when they play each other, I'll still be proud of Alabama if they win.

We'll be heading to Orange Beach tomorrow. I hope all of you folks in the area can join us on Saturday at Lambert's at 1:00. I'll be the one with no hair. Just kidding - I'll wear the wig but if anyone wants to see the bald head, I'll bare it for you. But trust me, it is not a pretty site. My grandkids begged me to show them last night. My daughter had not wanted me to because she thought it would scare or upset them. Well, I went ahead and showed them and laughed as I pulled the wig off. They started laughing too and 5 year old Austin piped up and said, "Boy nana, you sure are ugly with no hair". It just made me laugh even harder. We had a great time last night. All three of us piled up in my bed and watched tv until we efll alseep. I woke up at 3:30 and went to the recliner and watched tv. By 4:00 they were both in the living room crawling up in my lap and we stayed that way until 6:00. I love those kids with my whole heart.

On another note, I couldn't have my chemo yesterday because my blood count was under 1000 (I think it was my white blood count). And then the nurse told me my potassium level was low. That explains why I've felt so exhausted this week. I'm on potassium pills now and the nurse told me to eat a lot of fruit, especially melons. That won't be hard for me.

I love you guys and can't wait to meet some of you Saturday.

I love you DebbieDoo!!!!!  I prayed before I voted, I prayed after I voted and I asked God to place in office whom He wanted there.  Now I will do what I Timothy says...pray for those in authority.  I am hearing so much today at work and on the radio that breaks my heart.  You have a great great day!!!
