Had to fix it

Edited to add parmissian cheese at the end. Post Date: 11/1/08 3:13 pm I cooked this for supper on Thursday night.  You gotta try it.  I blew my 5 day pouch test on the wheat pasta, but it sure was good!  chicken fingers wheat lasagna noodles bruchetta sauce- one jar cottage cheese monterey jack cheese cheddar cheese bread crumbs enough for coating chicken fingers Italian seasoning parmassian cheese (spelling) Wash chicken fingers good and drain.   In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, and  cheese.  Mix well.  Add chicken fingers and coat well.  In a skillet of hot oil, fry fingers until done.  While you are frying your chicken fingers, boil lasagna pasta until done.  Drain.  In a casserole dish, layer fingers, pasta, cottage cheese and other cheeses.  Top with Bruchette sauce and bake at 400* until hot and bubbly.  Eat and enjoy.  Y'all, I am not saying this because I created it, but this stuff is SO GOOD!  It made two huge dishes and I took it to our Pastor's house the next day.  They devoured it.  I hope you enjoy it.
