Please say a prayer

Please keep my grandomother in your prayers. She has been very sick this year and we were back in the e.r. with her last night. She was admitted around 2a. Her blood count is at a critical low and her white blood cell count is high. Every test that the doctor has run so far (to find out what is causing the infection) has come back normal. Her chest x-ray & urine culture were both normal. When I left, the doctor was just sorta scratching his head and had ordered more tests and for her to receive 2 units of blood today. Maybe someting can be pinpointed today.
