Need Profile Help!

If there is anyone out there willing to help me re-do my profile PLEASE PM me! I cannot stand to look at it any longer (sad story). I need to update it, but want to throw up when I look at it. That is SAD to because SOOOOO much work was put into it for ME!! I hate to destroy it, but.....WELL.  It is pointless now and needs to be redone and I can't do it. I am clueless. I want SOME of my special picture boxes that were made for me, but others can go away.....please help me.

I need some help sprucing mine up too.I am so not computer savvy.You would think as much as I spend on it I would learn and know but I don't  me too please? Anybody?????????? can you help 2 women out here?

Not sure about in here but on lots of cut and pasted or add on pic's   just click on it and (RIGHT CLICK) and when your choice come up if you see a cut in the selection ,,,,Click the cut it removes it ...You may have to hold your left side of mouse down and move over the pic and it may highlite it ,,,,then right click and cut,,,And again it might not work in this setup ...
