Outlet Shopping today

We went to Boaz today to the outlets, shopping.  It was so depressing to see so many empty stores.  We were so disappointed after all the hype all of these years and then nothing much there.  We came back and went to the Watermark Outlet Mall just outside Adventure Land this side of Birmingham.  It was very nice.  They were having kids come and trick and treat in the mall.  The Bessemer Police were very present and helping protect the children.  The kids were so cute and the store owners were so sweet to the kids.  It was so much fun to watch.  WE came back and ate at Steamers and then sat in the Hot tub and talked for a while.  It has been a long and wonderful day.  I am so sorry that Boaz has suffered so much loss of revenue with the shops closing.  I so wish they could and would come back.  YOu can see what a great place it once was.

My Mom 2 sister's and I went to Boaz about a month ago. I didn't buy anything   Stores are gone my eldest sis is a regular she was saying the same

Sounds like you have a GREAT day Karla.. I hate to hear that about the outlets in Boaz, It useto be a booming place.  I like the Watermark Place..it is very nice. This is the time of year I enjoy our hottub the most. Have a Wonderful BLESSED weekend my friend!!
