anyone changed drs after theyve been approved?bc/bs of al

i need to know what happened because im approved my dr, is not doing them anymore and im told i haft to do everything over and resumit for a predetermenation from the new dr. i dont know what to do, thanks angela

Choose a new doctor, and talk to their insurance person.  I would think that would be your best route - the insurance ladies really know their stuff, and they can usually answer all your questions, or at least they know who to call to get the right answers.  Don't fret - if they approved you once, they'll most likely do it again, hopefully without doing every thing over.
