- 6 to 8 boneless chicken breast halves, skin removed
- 2 cans (approx. 15 ounces each) whole potatoes drained well
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup Italian fat free salad dressing
- 1 package frozen cut green beans
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- salt and pepper to taste
