Lou and Lim
Lou and Lim, an old couple, lived in Spruce Pine, NC, up in the mountains above Asheville. Lou came down with a backache. Lim made a potion and rubbed it on her back. The next morning her back was huting worse, so they hooked up the buggy and went down the moutain to Spruce Pine. Lim dropped Lou off at the Doctor's office while he went to the store. When he picked her up, Lou had a bottle in her hand. She said, "the doctor told me to get a urine sample..what's that." Lim did not know, so he took her to Sister Smith's house. She's the local school teacher and ought to know what this is. Lim went on home, put up the horse and buggy and after a while Lou come walking up in the yard. She had scratches all over and her clothes were torn. Lim asked, "What the devil happened to you?" Lou said, "I asked her 'What is a urine sample? Well, she told me to pee in that bottle and I told her to go fart in a jug and one thing just led to another!!"
