Oh yeah I bet!  When I was Restuarant Manager at this one place I use to have such a budget, it was almost impossible to do what the owners wanted on next to nothing.  They would kill me bcuz all week we would cook so cheaply then on Fridays it was Ribeye day...we would sell a ton of ribeye!   I love cooking.  But one thing that I havent really done allot of is baking.  I mean I can bake and have done several things but not like for this situation, not even for the restuarant (they bought premade cakes & pies).  I guess Thursday I will find out what they usually cook and what os allowed.  She told me to bring my ideas with me as they always like new stuff.  I'm sure that there will be those that cant eat this or that so...

Thank you again for helping me with this, if there are any good websites that have several reciepes on it then just send me the linka nd I can research it!  I sure appreciate the help.

Dump Cake

1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
1 box yellow cake mix (white works, too)
1 stick margarine
1/2 stick butter
Whipped Cream

Dump cherry pie filling and crushed pineapple into baking dish. Stir together. Sprinkle cake mix over the top of the fruit. Slice margarine and butter and distribute over the surface of the cake mix. Bake this  at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour

3 eggs
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
