5 Day pouch test

I know there are other prayers that are more important, but if you could, please say a prayer for me today. I have started the 5 day pouch test. Test is the word. It's going to TEST me doing this. Allison's birthday is today and she is sweet 16. We are having a slew of folks here tonight and chili and cake galore. HAHAAHA! Just what I need around me!

I have allowed my grazing to get out of hand. Gotta GET IN CONTROL! Food does not control us, we control food! RIGHT!?
