You have posted some of the best recipes.  I tried the cornbread dressing and chicken this weekend and it was so good.  I wanted some cranberry sauce to go with it, but didn't have any.  I did have some crasins...dried cranberries.  So I put them in some water and heated them on the stove until they plumped up and absorbed all the water....what a great whole cranberry dish to serve along side.  Have to be careful though with the amount of sugar in crandberries.  They were wonderful, especially with the chicken and cornbread dressing.
