I've made baked hot wings for dinner.  Already cut up celery and carrots and have blue cheese and ranch to serve with it.  I also have some sliced smoked sharp cheddar and pretzel crisps if anyone wants that.  Just gonna be a light kinda night before church tonight.

What are you having for dinner tonight???

Well it's Wednesday...and that means it's Frank's night to bring home dinner.  After what he did Monday, I told him not to worry about it!!  But he insisted, so no telling what we'll have.  I'm craving sushi...may have to get some this weekend!  Your dinner sounds great and easy!  I love oven meals that I don't have to tend on the stove!

Oh Karen.....I rarely and I mean RARELY "FRY" ANYTHING!!!  I hate frying and messing up the stovetop.  Oven and crockpots are the way to go.  Frank sounds really special.  You hang on tight girl.  I want to hear more from you.  How's your Mom doing?

I made Chicken Taco Salad.  This was the best stuff I have eaten in a very long time! Very tastey!! I cooked the Salsa Chicken Recipe I posted earlier today in the crock pot. When I got home, I threw a dash or two of cumin in the pot and shredded the chicken. I shredded some lettuce, put in on the plate, topped the lettuce with chicken mixture, topped this with diced onions, shredded cheddar, 3 -4 slices of jalapenos and a small amount of sour cream. I then placed 5 -6 tortilla chips on the side. OMG!!!!! This was sooooo good!! My hubby even liked it and he isn't a fan of chicken. You gotta try this one guys!!!! YUMMMO!!!
