What's for DINNER tonight?

I made homemade enchiladas for dinner tonight. I've been in one of my one dish cooking modes lately. The last few days we've had chili (with grilled cheese), jambalaya, and now enchiladas. I think we may have hot wings tomorrow night, not sure, but they've been on my mind an awful lot this week already! LOL

So, what are YOU having for DINNER tonight???

Good Lord!!! I hope you've got some Tums!!! My crew doesn't like anything too spicy. I actually made stir fry tonight. I had extra time since I went on Morgan's field trip today and didn't go to work. I wanted to make sure and have something special Frank likes after what he did for me last night!!!

Tonight will be sloppy joes,beets, and corn.I just love enchiladas.I love mexican food period! If I could eat mexican all day I would.I go to the restaraunt just to eat the salsa and chips.I craved alot of mexican foods when I was pregnant with my oldest daughter so the day before I went into labor my grandmother asked if I wanted some mexican food for dinner I told her no because I was hurting so bad.She said I KNOW you must be hurting if you are passing mexican food up!!!...LOL
I love anything spicy really Hot wings sound good too.How do u make your enchiladas? I am just checking.My dad gave me his recipe but I always like to compare and find out what taste the best.

Baked chicken with lemon pepper sea salt, cheesy smashed potatoes and corn. Mason decided what we were eating tonight. lol

Grilled salmon and a sweet pototoe!! YUM!!!

Tommorrow.. I will be having dinner with my family at home!!
I am so excited!!! I hope to have it at church with my church family!!!
I cannot wait to be home for a few days!!
It will be so great to have my Grandmother with me too!
