recipe help please...
I'm not an expert...but I'd use an egg/milk mixture. Dip the chicken in the egg/milk, then in a flour/corn meal mix. BTW...crushed corn flakes, or rice cereal, work REALLY well, too. I rarely fry anything b/c I don't like the mess...but you can bake the tenders in the oven w/the cereal coating and they turn out pretty crunchy.
well, i actually am out of milk and eggs right now and only have $5 to my name until thursday, lol (and that's my gas money...) is there another way to coat them that would still work? like maybe melted butter or something? (and i don't have any cereal either...)
i'd also prefer to bake them too like you suggested. i'm not really too good with the whole "frying" thing, lol! would i use an even mixture of the corn meal and flour? and maybe throw some salt and pepper in too?

I use this one found it about 2 yrs ago . It's really Good.
put your flour( 1 1/2 cups) in a bowl like your going to make biscuits salt and pepper to your taste then use ranch dressing for the liquid. Pour it til you make a thick paste . Roll your chicken in it till it is coated well then fry in oil in skillet on med-low heat. Cover it with a lid while frying . It is tender and keeps the chicken moist.
