I been working, working working this morning.
My sister is to blame. Her doctor told her to take Co Q-10 to give herself more energy. I took one yesterday and have slept 2 hours in the past 30 hours. Finally fell asleep at 3:30 this morning and got up at 5:30. I got home and went to the hardware store and bought the rest of the lumber I needed for my deck. Got 2 pounds of nails. I started wrestling 2x20x10 and then nailed until I ran out of nails and went and bought 2 more pounds. I nailed until I couldn't lift my arms anymore. But it is looking good. My porch is just 8x8 and it's 3 feet off the ground. I've built a 10x30 deck and the steps from the porch to it.
If I'm still alive at 3:15 this afternoon I'm taking the track team to Guntersville High School. I should get home around 10. I will probably walk across the highway to the shopping center and shop around a little while I wait. I usually nap on these trips but I don't think that will be possible today. I don't know if my eyes will ever close again. As much energy as I have they should let me run in the races. I may not win but I would sure give them a run for thier money.
Vickie I wish I could come spend the weekend with you, Fayette would never be the same. But I work every Saturday and Sunday. Maybe we can get together when I'm off for the Christmas holidays.
Now I'll tell you my retirement plans. When I retire I'm going to make a list and go visit people. When they get tired of me they will give me money to go visit the next people on the list. When they get tired of me they will buy my gas to go on to the next home. I won't have to pay for my food, heating, cooling, gas, or car repair. My only expense will be car insurance, and cat food. I'll have so much more money to go to the thrift shops. I've given this a lot of thought. But I'm sure to tweek it a little bit. In fact I may just let people send me a payment to keep me from coming and visit. I could be onto the biggest money making scheam since Dick Chaney got in the White House.

It's a Dietary Supplement WalMart carries it.any drug store or health food place. The Spring Valley Brand is what I got. I'm using the 200 mg. softgels. It's about $18 for a months supply but if I keep this up I'll be able to hire myself out for day labor. After I get my place cleaned up. That will be a while. I've got 10 gallons of paint waiting to be put on the walls. Some I've had 6 months. It's suspose to promote a healthy heart too.
I'm impressed with it. If I can sleep that is. I don't waste a lot of time sleeping anyway but last night was way out of line. I usually sleep about 4/5hours.
