Opry Mills........
Been there several times. Like any Outlet Mall, you have to look for the bargains. Some things are great buys, some things I can find at home on sale for less than they charge at the "Outlet Mall."
My take is that "OUTLET" does NOT equal "DISCOUNT."
Just my opinion. "shrug"
Better than Foley--well now, I would not go so far as to say that. If I am at Foley, I am near the beach, so for me, there is no comparison!
Opry Mills does have the Rain Forest Cafe--which has good food and an absolutely great atmosphere for children.
(and for adults too!)
