y'all are the best group of people and that's why i come to this board for things like this (it's like "coming home", lols! funny how that works...)

so i went to my neurologist last week for a follow-up on the mri w/w-o contrast and the mra that he had ordered. everything was fine with both of those tests (no aneurysms or tumors or anything like that) but it did show that i have a sinus infection. i went to my pcp's office monday to get some medication for this infection and i'm not really sure what the problem is but i've been having fits of dry heaving mixed with hot/cold sweats and extreme dizziness. most likely this is from the sinus infection but i'm waiting for my pcp to call me back because it's extremely bothersome.

i also have been waking up in the middle of the night with migraines again and sometimes they'll be gone by morning, sometimes not. so i'm also waiting on a call back from my neurologist about that. i believe that *these* migraines are a result of the sinus infection but i just don't know what to do to treat them since they don't respond to the normal migraine medications (triptans and such.) it honestly feels like someone is pounding on the flat spot on my head (my crown) with a sledgehammer!

and also, almost all week kensie's been randomly complaining about her stomach hurting. i tried to let it go because i wasn't sure "how" it hurt. you know, like... did she need to go to the bathroom? did she need to throw up? was she hungry? she couldn't answer these questions but then yesterday she started complaining about her ear hurting so i think she's got a sinus infection as well and that's probably why her stomach has been hurting (from the drainage and all.) and she probably has an ear infection too. (she has an unusually high tolerance for pain so i don't ever know that she has an ear infection until it's waaayy bad! so for her to be complaining means that it's really bad and needs attention right now.)

i called her pediatrician earlier today and they're going to get her in right after school today and hopefully we can both be healed within the week. so i just wanted to throw this out there and ask that you guys do what you do best and keep us in your thoughts and prayers that everything will heal soon and with minimal problems (and a minimal amount of time missed from work and/or school.)

Keeping you and Kensie in my prayers

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
