LOL Karen...don't make me laugh. Smiling pulls on the cheek and thus the stitches inside my mouth! 
Same Menu, except I am on a little less Lortab--7.5mg of it with 25mg of Phenergan and a side of Augmentin 875mg!
I wanted to cut back on the pain meds some today and see how it goes. I do plan to return to work tomorrow and prefer not to be taking pain meds at work--although since it is prescribed, I can take it at work if needed. I probably would only take 1/2 of one though. I do talk on the phone a LOT at work, so that may be a problem, but we will see.
The pain is somewhat better this evening--swelling is still there but not any worse than it was, so that is a good thing. We will see what the morning brings, but for now, I expect to get up and go to work tomorrow.

I did get your PM about the THC/COX deal....I thought I responded to it. I must have been dreaming! Bet you did learn a lot of interesting info there. I only wish they paid me a small percentage of what they make! Oh well....
I may well be taking tomorrow off. Not sure yet. I had wanted to take three days off the week of Thanksgiving, but after using this time now, I doubt I take off then.
We will be off Thursday and Friday of that week anyway.

Lortab? It is actually any Narcotic that will drive me crazy. It can be something as mild as Darvocet or as
strong as Morphine.
While most Narcotics/Pain Meds will make people relaxed and sleepy, it has the total opposite effect on me. Now, it will releive my pain, but it makes me wired up and unable to sleep. I will think I am going to be able
to doze off and then I will suddenly feel startled and be wide awake again. I take pain meds only as a last resort and then I have to take it with either Phenergan or Benadryl to be able to tolerate them.
And God Forbid that I dial your phone number when I am on pain meds....you know the stories about people getting drunk and calling their friends...well, just keep the phone away from me when I have narcotics on board. I will get started talking, will ramble for hours and will talk so fast that you can't understand a word I am saying!
Oh well...I am going to try and get some sleep. I did cut off the orders on the drug menu early this evening, so maybe it will wear off enough that I can get some sleep....if not....Now what did I do with Loretta's phone number???? (just kidding...the phone is across the room so I can't reach it and start calling poor unsuspecting people during the middle of the night!)

Oh my gosh, I used to do the same thing on Ambien. Just ask Lindy~ ha ha!!! I would do all sorts of crazy things on that stuff and never know a thing, until I started falling and getting hurt and had bruises and the girls would tell me what had happened. My oh my.....I was a mess. You just call me anytime.....I might not remember, but I can talk the horns off a billy goat with the best of 'em. I still have to take my sleep regimen nightly.....Melatonin, Tylenol PM and Klonipin.....yep, that's what it takes for me to get to sleep and I've already had mine for the night......I'm right there with ya Carolyn~
