OT: Happy Note & Vent

HAPPY NOTE:
My fav pair of shorts that have always been a tad tight in the waist is falling off my tail, liturally (sp).  I am so happy.  But I just dont understand this whole loosing inches faster than weight.
I am starting out at 273 and hope that by this time next year I will have lost 100#.

VENT:
Ok last Thursday I was getting up off of the floor at work, where our SAFE is, and I some how ended up hurting my left arm and shoulder as I was pushing myself up.  My shoulder poooped out of place (1/2 way) the popped back in, then there was a burning pain in my muscle.  Ok since I was closing Manager, I left a note for the store manager which was opening the store the next day.  Did she ever write up the incident report, heck no.  Did she ever call it in to the DM, heck no.  Did she ever call it in the WC, heck no.  Was I ever given a doctors name, as to where go get it checked out, heck no.  So after much thought and highly upset at this point, I sent a copy of the emial I left the store Manager plus I wrote him  an email on Tuesday wanting to know whatand why all of this was going on.  Well, yesturday he called me back, he was very nice however I could hear in his voice that he was a bit ticked off and  I just know there was steaming bellowing out of his ears as we spoke.  He told me what to do and where to go, and that I needed to go right then.  So I did just that and come to find out I have a sprain in my upper arm, pulled muscle, and I am soar as all get out due to the actual shoulder popped 1/2 out then snapped back in.  So here I am I got a shot of some type of imflamation med, 2 scrips and an appoinment to come back on Monday for a possilbe Cordozone shot or more.  I am still in pain including my butt where she shot me with that med!  YIKES  I am so mad at this manager.  I am sick to death of her doing nothing more than sitting on her fanny.  Where I work it is a place that ALL is suppose to work not one or two people.  Please pray for me today as I deal with this person.  I just cant handle it anymore and I am going to speak my piece.

Thank you Carmen, I appreciate your support.  I sent another email to my DM since he had no time to stop in our store. I have heard he is hard to "talk" to about these types of issues.  So after he said he couldnt come down until next week I simply emailed him with my concerns.  I know he will read it! He reads all his emails.  So I guess this is a wait and see game.  I did tell him that I was really fed up with her incompetance and was also sick of doing her job.  So who knows whats next.  Thanks again for the support and concern!  I love ya bunches my sweet friend!

I'm so sorry you're going through all that at work, and the fact you're having problems with your shoulder but WOW for the weight or inches lost! That is awesome and I know you can loose that 100 in a year! Keep up the great work.!!!
