Kyle and I were blessed enough by our sunday school teacher sending us 3/4 of a wonderful sausage/pasta/cheese type casserole and potato salad from pot luck yesterday.  Christian, Holly and I ate it for lunch and Kyle had it for dinner and there's plenty left for Jill when she gets home.

What are you having for dinner tonight???

Loretta, believe it or not, I have cooked a Rump roast with potatoes and carrots, corn bread and peas.  I will eat me a few carrots and maybe a piece of potato.  I don't do roast very well, but the boys and John love it.  You have a great night!!!

Carmen, I am so proud of you and I know your family is enjoying that dinner.  Sounds wonderful.  Sometimes I can tolerate roast and other times I can't.  Depends on the cut and how tender it winds up being too.  I loved roasted carrots too.

Allison and I JUST walked in the door.  We have to head out in 15 minutes for her to try out for our Youth Praise Band.  I woke up this morning at 3 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep so I put some (flour dredged) cube steak, tomatoe sauce, and 1 can of tomatoes in the crock pot with 1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix so we are having crock pot Swiss steak.  SO GOOD!  I'm glad I used the crock pot tonight.  NO time to cook!  HAHA!

Your dinner sounds good!

Now that crock pot swiss steak sounds good.  I may be asking you in a couple of weeks about it again.....You may need to remind me how to do it, but it sounds like something my family would eat.  Easy too.

Karen, I tried to feed Christian Spaghetti-O's the other day.  HE DOES NOT LIKE THEM AT ALL!  His Mama always loved them and still to this day LOVES them, but not that boy.  He made the funniest face.  Swallowed one bite, but wouldn't touch another.  I tried 3 different times to get him to eat them, but there's still part of the can in a container in the fridge.  Guess Holly will have to eat them.  ha ha

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.
