www.mydietshopz.com is wonderful. I need to order some things myself. They have free shipping with a $70 order. It's great. I have used this site MANY times. I love the soups as well as the hot chocolates. The meals are good too.

Angie,
You can make your own protein sugar free hot chocolate at home and it is easy and delicious .. I did that alot when I first had my surgery .. I have the recipe if you want it , I will just have to dig it up lol
