Be good My DH & I were talking last night and I will have my surgery 2 days before Thanksgiving. He is taking 2 vacation days on Tuesday & Wednesday then he will be off Thur, Friday, Sat & Sunday for the holidays . So he will be here to help me !! It worked out well.

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

WooHoo!!!! What a GREAT way to get out of cooking turkey & dressing!!! My surgery was 2 wks before Christmas, but that was fine with me. I know you are SO excited!!! I am happy for you.

Hey, Dr. Miles is to do my surgery on Nov. 11. I live in Corner, north of Birmingham. I go for my nutrition class on Wednesday, the 13 of Oct.. Have you been yet for your class? Let me know how things are going. I am sure you are as excited as I am. I hope to hear from you soon. Alicia

Hey Alicia , I have had 2 surgery dates and had to cancel them my Thyroid was mis- behaving . It is good now and they gave me another date. I have been to the nutrition class & you will not be bored LOL . I thought 3 hrs

But it was very informative. You will get different protein samples to try & you can also order them there at the meeting and have them in hand before you leave. It covers more than nutrition. Any thing you have ever thought of and then some !! Before I forget Welcome to the Bama Board .
these are the sweetest and most helpful people that will help with anything you need . I don't know what I would do without them. I just Love them all to pieces
