What's your plans for this weekend?

I have a LONG weekend this week and I'm SO EXCITED.  I don't really have any plans other than church on Sunday.  Hoping I can come up with something special to do on Monday with my girls and grandson, also, I think Kyle is off on Monday so it could be a BIG FAMILY DAY for us.

Holly and I are going to Starbucks in a little while to meet up with some friends that are visiting from out of state that moved away a couple of years ago.  Courtney was Holly's maid of honor in her wedding and I haven't seen her Mom in a couple years.  We can't wait to see them tonight.

What are your plans?  Whatever you do, have fun!

we are fixing to head out the door to the football game and don't know about tomorrow yet no telling what we will do since hubby is home.  Maybe something small the kids are home till wed. have fun seeing your old friends again.

Melody, my oldest has a football game to cheer at in Greensboro tomorrow...... (the coach will be out of town, so I will be coaching tomorrow...never done that before ! )  ..then we are gonna come back and go to a wrapping party for Operation Christmas Child at our church...then I hope to stay home the rest of the day...and clean house....
Church on Sunday.....back to work on Monday!  

This is pretty much my weekend for the next 1 1/2 months until football is over...would not trade it for the world !!  I have 2 awesome daughters and I would do anything for them....

We are going to church in the morning for PUSH Saturday.  Then tomorrow afternoon, I have to go to Gardendale with my mother to my aunt's 75th surprise birthday party.  Sunday we will go to church and hopefully, Sunday afternoon, maybe I can go play golf.  I wanted to rest this weekend...oh well. 

Dad and I ate out with his girl friend and her daughter.  Tomorrow, I have a full day of a 1960-1969 Class reunion at Beaumont Ranch.  It includes lunch and dinner.  I am not sure what other kind of entertainment.  However, I know that at least four of my old friends will be there.  We have made a pact that we would be there so none of us would be alone.  It promises to be an interesting day.  Sunday, I guess that I will make sure all is ready for my conference in Dallas.  So I have to wash the dog and whatever clothes that I have gotten dirty and repack what I need.   Today, I also bought some blouses that were on sale here at Bealls.  I am pretty excited about the  blouses.  They are great gem colors.  I bought them to replace some that have gotten way too big for me.  So I have a full weekend planned.

I'm going to do the same I do every weekend. I sit with an elderly man(he's 91, my son says I shack up with him on the weekend) I will hit a couple of yard sales then get there at 9. I'll take my cross stitch with me and work on it because I've got a big picture due to be finished and framed by Friday. I'll stay until 6 then come home. I'm not planning on taking any more orders for cross stitch until after the first of the year. I found a pattern of Santa kneeling at the manger. I've got to get 10-12 done before Christmas, so I'll be pretty busy for a while with them.
I enjoy my weekend but this one is extra nice, it starts our fall break and I'll be home all next week. I'm picking up my deck lumber Monday and finishing it up. I started it the first of the summer and had to wait for more funding to finish.

Good morning Elle!  Today is cleaning day if I can get my hiney in gear, then to Village Coffee and WM. 

Tomorrow is CHURCH!  I have missed the last 2 Sundays and I am READY for CHURCH!!

Good Morning! Seems like forever since I've had a chance to post. 

We have a birthday party this afternoon and then off to the Pumpkin Patch tomorrow.

We went to a Homecoming Football game last night and they won 45-7.  After the home games they have whats called a 5th Quarter at the Baptist church down the road from the football field.  They feed everybody and then have a devotion.  So it was late last night when we got home.  Tonight we are going to the Homecoming Dance.  So I will post pics sometime after tonight.
