What'd ya have for dinner tonight?

Christian and I had scrambled eggs with cheese and toast.  Kyle is getting egg sandwiches.  Trying to up my protein intake.  How about you?

A banana....that was lunch and dinner! After the trip to the Oral Surgeon during my lunch break today, I somehow lost my appetite. Didn't eat luch and only a short while ago had a banana..

Goodness Carolyn~  I hope you are able to eat better soon.  Just get you some soft mushy stuff to eat on for a few days.  I hope you will be up and at 'em again real soon.  Get that tooth taken care of.  Heck, if they can't fix it....tell 'em to PULL it.  ha ha!  That should put a stop to all that pain.

As you know I have not had the surgery yet but just wanted to pop in and say my family and I had spaghetti w/cheese on top and garlic bread.My kids mostly ate the garlic bread.I make my own garlic bread.That is all I had all day. I usually only eat once a day.But I remembered this is Atonement Day.So I messed that up.But that's what we ate.Hope you get yur protein in.Have a Blessed Night!

Grilled chicken Ceasar Salad at Benny Joe's Pizza in Cleburne, Tx.  It was ok.  I am not doing very well with food today.  Everything is making me sick.  I seem to go through this every once in a while.  It is ok, because it usually happens after I have gained a few pounds....and it gets me back down to my normal weight....so I almost look forward to it.

Hug and I got here about 8PM.  I have been doing my school work since then on the computer.  It is almost 1 AM and I am just about caught up.   For those of you who thought that professors only work a few hours a week, you need to realize that we have lots of flex time, but we never are really off the job, even though it is Fall Break...and we have to do 8 to 16 hours days, we just get to pick when and where we do it.  I think the only perk to our job is that we can do it via computer from almost anywhere these days, but it is also true that we cannot postpone the work, since most of our stuff is not computerized and internet accessible.   I love it and hate it at the same time.
