It does have a shelf going around the eat-in kitchen. The windows will be so nice while we're eating breakfast & watching squirrels! There's also a dining room adjacent to the kitchen. It has a big front porch and a screened in patio, complete with a hot tub!!
Not sure about a house warming, but we are having some sort of holiday party! Thanks, Gail.
