Easy Crockpot Pepper Steak

  • 2 lbs. lean stew beef, cut into chunks
  • 1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce (Hunt's works well)
  • 1 small or medium onion, thin sliced
  • 1 large green or red pepper, sliced into 1/2" strips
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes

Preparation:

Mix everything together; cook 6-8 hours on low, and serve over cooked mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Serves 6.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
