Easy Crockpot Pepper Steak
- 2 lbs. lean stew beef, cut into chunks
- 1 can or jar of spaghetti sauce (Hunt's works well)
- 1 small or medium onion, thin sliced
- 1 large green or red pepper, sliced into 1/2" strips
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation:
Mix everything together; cook 6-8 hours on low, and serve over cooked mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.Serves 6.
