Hello & Update
Hello Everyone!
First I would just like to say thank you so much for all your prayers for Mike's dad and ask that you continue them! We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support that you have shown. Thank you for your phone calls and emails also. I have not had internet access so I am just now getting a chance to read everything. I wish I could tell you how my heart feels! You all are toooo much! All I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart!
The prognosis for Mike's dad does not look good. His surgeon came back in this evening and told his sister that they were looking at doing the Bypass Surgery on Friday and he would be considered very high risk. When asked how high, he told her he did not like to give numbers, but he would say his chances were 20% having the surgery and near to nothing not having it. So basically, he really does not have an option! He told him to make sure he had things in order. This just seems like a dream. He told us that he is ready if the Lord so chooses to call him home and that is all we can really ask for, but that doesn't make it any easier for the family. Please keep Mike in your prayers. He does have an older sister and a younger brother, but Mike and I are the ones that have always been there for his parents.
Several have asked for the address and I KNOW that he would appreciate receiving mail. He is like a child in that aspect! Here is the address:

I had just posted to you on Randall's thread and then I saw this one.
I am so sorry that they can not give you all better odds for Mr. Bellamy and the surgery he faces---but remember there is a great physician and healing does happen.
I will try and get a card out in the next day or two and if there is anything I can do for you or your family...YOU KNOW WHERE I AM!
