I'm a computer nerd by profession .

The longer description is that I'm an IS Specialist with an automotive company in Huntsville. I handle all laptops/desktop computers, cell phone/blackberry devices, servers, plant floor systems and all other duties as deemed needed by management. I'm the rare computer nerd who likes to talk to people and have (some what) a personality. lol.

When not at work I'm at church helping with the children's program, women's ministries and anything else the church needs. I was thinking about your hubby Sunday I along with another steward helped serve communion at the end of our service.

Hello computer nerd!  I am married to one and everyone in my family does something in the computer field so I have picked up quite a wealth of knowledge about computers myself.  Whenever anyone at work has a problem, I'm the one they call.   I enjoy working with computers but didn't choose to go into that field.  One geek in the family (dh) is enough!

When I'm not at work, I am usually at school.  I am in my last semester for my Associates Degree in Horticulture and have already started taking classes towards my Bachelors in Business Management.  I love being in school and being a (young) empty nester, it keeps me busy.  I work as an Adminstrative Assistant/Office Manager for the Public Works Department of the City of Daphne. (we are across the bay from Mobile).  I really like my job, my coworkers and my boss, so I feel very fortunate.

I have some under my profile but none have been taken since surgery. The only time I get dressed up is for church and I don't want a picture of me in my work uniform!

lol. that is an old avatar I've used for a few years. I promise to have DH take one of me this weekend. All else fails we'll take some while the boys are at quizzing down in Berry.

I was expecting you to be brunette then I see this BLONDE  chick!  ha ha ha!

I was a brunette and became a blonde right before my surgery. lol

Oh my gosh....do you have a twin sister?  I thought I had double vision for a moment.

I've gotten that many times. I always remind people of someone they know. My best friend can pass as my twin sister but she is a lawyer in Alexander City ;)

A couple a times a month I'll get a comment like are you related to so and so.. when I tell them no they always look puzzled and say why you look just like someone I know.
